1. Information we collect
DecideBuddy does not require an account, registration, login, or subscription. The core decision tools are designed to work offline, and the app does not require you to submit your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location.
When you voluntarily use an advertising-supported feature, such as watching a rewarded advertisement to receive an additional Decision Battle, Google AdMob may process information required to serve, measure, and protect advertising. This can include device and advertising information as described in Google's applicable privacy documentation. DecideBuddy does not create a personal online account or use your decision history to build an account profile.
2. Local device storage
DecideBuddy stores app data and preferences locally on your device to provide the app's offline-first experience. Depending on the features you use, locally stored information may include:

- 🎲 Custom decision lists and choices you create
- 🏆 Achievements and progress
- 🎨 Theme and coin-skin preferences
- 🔔 Notification and reminder preferences
- ⚙️ Other app settings and onboarding preferences
DecideBuddy does not provide a user account or cloud synchronization for this app data. Locally stored data is managed on your device and may be removed when the app's data is cleared or the app is uninstalled, subject to Android device behavior.
3. Notifications (reminders)
DecideBuddy may provide optional reminder notifications to help you return to the app. These reminders are scheduled for your device and are not used to create an online user profile.

4. App permissions explained
DecideBuddy requests permissions that support specific app functions. The current Android build may use the following permissions:
- — provides haptic feedback for decision tools and interactions.
- — enables optional reminder notifications on supported Android versions.
- — allows connectivity for advertising services and external web pages such as legal/support content.
- — supports scheduled reminder functionality where required by the Android build and device version.
DecideBuddy does not require camera, contacts, microphone, or location permissions for its core decision features.
5. Third‑party services
DecideBuddy uses a limited set of third-party services where required for app functionality and advertising:
- 📢 Google AdMob — used for rewarded advertising. In the current app, rewarded ads are associated with the Decision Battle feature after the free daily battle allowance is used. Users choose whether to watch a rewarded ad; a reward is granted only when the ad provider reports that the reward was earned.
- ▶️ Google Play — distributes the Android application and provides platform services under Google's applicable policies.
DecideBuddy does not require Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, a social-media account, a subscription, or in-app purchases for its current core experience.
Third-party providers may independently process information under their own privacy policies. Their data practices are governed by those providers' policies and terms.
6. Children’s privacy
DecideBuddy does not require an account and does not intentionally ask users to submit personal information through its core decision tools. However, the app can display third-party advertising through Google AdMob, and advertising providers apply their own age-related policies and safeguards.
Parents and guardians should review the applicable Google Play and Google advertising policies and use Android's available family and advertising controls where appropriate.
7. Data security
- 🔒 Core decision history, custom choices, achievements, preferences, and similar app data are designed to remain in local app storage.
- ☁️ DecideBuddy does not provide a user cloud account or cloud synchronization for this data.
- 📢 When rewarded advertising is requested, network communication with Google AdMob can occur and is subject to Google's applicable advertising and privacy practices.
- 🛡️ The app does not require personal registration for its core features and does not intentionally sell personal information.
8. Your rights & control
You remain in control of how you use DecideBuddy and its optional features:
- 🗑️ Clear available decision history and saved app data using the app's controls where provided.
- 🔕 Disable notifications through Android system settings.
- 📢 Choose whether to participate in rewarded-ad experiences when they are offered.
- 📱 Clear app data or uninstall the application through Android settings.
For information processed directly by third-party services such as Google AdMob, requests and choices may need to be handled through the relevant provider's privacy and advertising controls.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new DecideBuddy features, changes to advertising or other third-party services, legal clarifications, or changes in our data practices. The latest version will be available through the NeuroNova Tech privacy hub.
If a significant change affects how information is handled, we will update the relevant policy information and, where appropriate, provide an in-app notice.
